Réal and I just got back from a road trip from Provos the other day, and on the way back into town we saw a first-generation GT-R, and that’s nicknamed the Hakosuka.
This one is nicknamed the Godzilla. The reason it’s called the Godzilla’s… I mean look at it! Japanese Monster!
One of the main things about this car is that makes it so awesome is the actual acceleration speed is set to be one of the fastest accelerating cars on the market.This thing’s fitted with launch control.With launch control activated you can get this thing from 0 to 100 in 2.8 seconds. Which is crazy!!
Sounds almost like sport bike territory. It got around the whole Nürburgring in 7 minutes and 40 seconds something like that. That’s incredible! Which is right up Porsche 911 turbo territory and all the Germans and all the big names out there.
Nissan has really made a name for themselves with the GT-R. That acceleration just sucks you back in your seat!
So just taking it off-ramp here, corning going on to Anthony Henday. It tells you my cornering G right here as well we almost hit .5 G around that corner. The thing is about this car that we are 38 DETT the tunability of this vehicle is through the roof/ You can take this car bring it from anywhere from where it is right now 550 to 600 to700 to 800 all the way up to 2,000 some people have even got this car to get up to.
This thing just corners flat like there’s literally no body roll, it’s just flat…Once the gas goes down… Booty squats!
