The roots of the 2017 Mercedes-AMG C 63 were born on the racetrack. C 63 S Coupe accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.9 seconds while the C 63 Coupe in 4.0 seconds. Its top speed is electronically capped at 250 km/h on the C 63 Coupe, and 290 km/h on the C 63 S Coupe. The V8 engine features two turbochargers positioned in-between the engine’s cylinder banks for a compact engine construction, optimal response, and lower exhaust emissions. Its AMG SPEEDSHIFT MCT 7-speed sport transmission boasts tailor-made dynamics and high variability, upshifts and downshifts are executed with improved quickness in both automatic mode or using the steering wheel shift paddles.
The Mercedes-AMG C 63 Coupe debuted to the world on September 15, 2015 at the Frankfurt International Motor Show (IAA) with much hype and excitement.
